Restaron is the oldest restaurant company in Lviv, founded by Vardkes Arzumanyan in 1995. Restaron owns the following establishments: Babo Gardens restaurant, Centaur cafe, Mons Pius restaurant, Libraria Speak Easy Bar and Para Dzhanov and Portwine.
